Her philosophy is that coaching is a unique and collaborative relationship focused on the developmental needs and goals of each executive. Coaching is not telling people what to do; it’s giving them a chance to examine what they are thinking and doing. The coach’s job is to act as a strategic thought partner to support the executive to rise to their potential both personally and professionally. Typically this involves helping clients move from tactical to more strategic thinking, developing others, and refining their ability to communicate and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
